As an architect and designer, I have participated in several projects regarding historic preservation, archiving, participatory planning, and accessible design. I am also interested in exploring innovative interpretive frameworks through which to examine intimate relationships between architectural materials and human body. Beyond academia, I  have teamed up with artists to hold exhibitions which address a multiplicity of social issues facing contemporary cities, ranging from women's rights to the city to abandoned or disappearing buildings in gentrifying neighborhoods.
